Embedded AI and Sound: Artificial Intelligence on Microchips for Audio
The artificial intelligences (AI) of today are often data-hungry, storage-intensive, and require the energy of entire small towns. But is there another way? Thanks to highly integrated semiconductor technology, some AIs already fit on a microprocessor that can be powered by a button cell. When you connect this chip to a microphone or an electric instrument, the machine suddenly gains an ear or even becomes musical! We'll be presenting two audio devices that think for themselves!
